The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from www.gamcha.dk which are owned and maintained by Gamcha ApS, Kimmerslevvej 11, DK-4140, CVR 40171053. Requests for informations can be sent to email@example.com. You must be 18 years old and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not 18 years old, you need an adult to do it for you. The terms apply in all cases unless there is a written agreement between you as a buyer and Gamcha. All prices at www.gamcha.dk are incl. VAT.
We accept VisaDankort, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, MasterCard Kredit, MasterCard Debit, Jcb/Union Pay. We do not charge card fees. When we ship your order the amount will be charged on your credit card.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Netherland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Germany.
The shipping costs depend on the delivery method, country of delivery and the amount of purchase. The order will be delivered with GLS. If the items are in stock they will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days from the day we have received your order. The delivery time depends on the country. ". In Denmark we offer FREE SHIPPING to a GLS parcel shops if you order for more than 300 DKK.
Orders to countries outside Denmark:
Gamcha is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other charges that may be imposed on a product purchased and dispatched from Gamcha. This duty, tax or tariffs must be paid by the customer/recipient.
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your order. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org where you inform us about the order number and product you want to return. Please send a copy of the order confirmation / return form with the product when you return it. Once you have received your order, you can carefully examine it for 14 days but only how you would if you examined a product in the physical store. The amount will be refunded to the credit card used to pay the order. Refunds will not be paid until we have received the products. Please note - a full refund will not be provided if:
• You have actually used the product
• The product has been damaged while it was in your care (e.g. during the return transport)
• You have handled the product in an other way than you would normally do in a physical store to examine the product.
Shipping costs for returning an order are not covered by us and must be paid by you and they must also be arranged by yourself. The products are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Be sure to pack the returned goods safely to prevent any damage to the products. Please save receipts for sending the return shipment and shipping tracking number as proof that shipment has been returned.

Damaged or defective products
At Gamcha we do our best to ensure that all products are of the best quality and in perfect condition. Since many of our products are handmade each product is unique and small variations in shape are expected. If something is wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to the order you have placed - please contact us at email@example.com. If you send us an email please include as many details as possible - including your order number. You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product your claim must be sent to us as soon as possible from the time you notice the issue.
• All information you provide is used only to ensure the best possible experience. The information is stored in the Navision accounting system and in password-protected cloud service. You can always choose to have your personal data deleted.
• If you place an order with us we ask for certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, phone number and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and three-digit security code). We use this information for billing and to complete your order. If we are having trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Your phone number is required for shipment - in case the distributor must contact you regarding the delivery.
Gamcha strives to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Unfortunately there may sometimes be price changes, sold out items and other unintended errors on our website. We reserve the right not to be held liable for these errors or changes, and Gamcha can be held liable for damage resulting from the use of this site.
